We are implementing an education project where we support 24 less privileged children to keep in school. This has got support from our friends from in the local community of Kasese and elsewhere like Winchester Rotary due to our connection. Our aim is to have as many young girls and boys affected by domestic violence & conflict and youths from less privileged families complete Ordinary level of secondary and enroll for a vocational course so as to have practical skills to earn an income.
Young mothers out of school, girls and young women dropouts due to domestic and social violence are to benefit from this project. Our screening is ongoing. We there for call upon interested people to contact us to get registered for the first intake that will consist of Tyloring, crafts, and beading, and shoemaking. All these courses are confirming to the SDGs and use 50% of waste / recycled materials like used polythene paper, waste paper, pep bottles and bottle tops. Thanks to our friends who continue to support us to deliver our aspirations.
